The most common mistake candidates make is waiting to schedule their CSW exam. We recommend you do so as soon as you receive your ten digit eligibility number from the regional examining agency you have registered with. The number is generally provided within 10 days of registering with them.

Scheduling by Phone

Candidates taking the CSW exam may schedule by phone. Before calling please have ready, the ten digit eligibility number provided in the introductory letter sent by the testing agency you registered with. To schedule by phone please call 888-344-7924 and inform the Pearson VUE representative that you wish to schedule the CSW exam. The representative will take the pertinent information and schedule your exam.

Scheduling Online

Candidates may also schedule online. To view the step by step online scheduling guide and to schedule online, candidates must visit the Pearson VUE online registration site at http://www.pearsonvue.com/csw. Once you register with Pearson VUE, you will receive an email with login information. You must then schedule on the Pearson VUE website using your secured login information.
